Winter Springs is one of Seminole County's most established and well-maintained communities. The Tuscawilla corridor is full of well-kept homes with pools and pool cages that have been around a while -- and a lot of them are ready for some attention.
Winter Springs has a lot going for it -- mature neighborhoods, the Cross Seminole Trail, easy access to 417, and a community that genuinely takes care of its properties. The homes here were mostly built in the 1980s through the early 2000s, which means pool cages that have been through 20 to 40 Florida summers. That is a lot of UV exposure, a lot of storms, and a lot of wear on screen material and hardware.
The good news is that most of those older cages were built with solid aluminum frames that still have years of life left. A fresh rescreen and new hardware will make the whole thing look and function like new. We do a lot of this work in Winter Springs and we are good at it. We will also tell you honestly if the frame has reached the end of its useful life and a replacement makes more sense.
For newer homes in neighborhoods like Highlands and Tuskawilla Trace, we also do full new installations. Same quality, same straight pricing either way.
